Work with us

We are always looking for Musicians to join our team.

Are you a multi-instrumentalist with skills in music tech? A music technologist with instrument playing skills? We want to hear from you!

Our Musicians use their music-making skills to engage vulnerable, marginalised and excluded young people. By coming alongside the young people we work with and co-creating a music project in their chosen genre then engaging those around them in those successes, we begin to positively impact on wellbeing.

What we are looking for

  • Multi-instrumentalists with music tech skills, or music technologists with instrument playing skills.
  • Musicians who are able to engage young people using a fun, knowledgeable, non-judgmental approach.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to liaise with a variety of participants, families, friends and professionals.
  • Ability to travel; we expect you to travel up to an hour to get to sessions.

In return you get fairly paid (with hourly rates in line with Musicians Union rates), regular training and supervision and the chance to join an award-winning team making genuine positive impacts on young peoples lives.

Please note that we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the young people we work with, and we expect you to share this commitment. Safer recruitment checks (including an Enhanced DBS check) will be carried out.
