Simon Glenister
CEO
Simon is the founder, CEO and Chief Flouncer at Noise Solution. Simon can often be seen on Zoom or in person waving his arms around and pointing to super interesting slides about our work.
Damien Ribbans
Operations Director
Damien is the Operations Director for Noise Solution, and has been with us since 2016. Damien is in charge of anything 'boring but important' and can frequently be found scratching his head whilst staring at his laptop wondering why something isn't working.
Semra Sahinoglu
Project Manager
Semra is responsible for overseeing all of our day to day work, which in practice means keeping a huge number of plates spinning. Luckily, Semra has had a recent career as an award-winning restauranteur and also holds an MBA in Finance.
Hannah Ward
Administration manager
Hannah is our administration manager, and keeps everything moving! Hannah works alongside Ufedo to make sure everyone is doing what they should be doing, when they should be doing it.
Ufedo Abuh
Finance/Operations Manager
Ufedo is the Finance Manager, and oversees all of Noise Solution's financial operations. She makes sure we get paid, and everyone else does too. She is a chartered accountant, and has a Masters in Accounting and Finance.
Rashida Ibrahim
Administrator
Rashida manages all the detail, making sure that our partners in educastion and health have all the information they need. She's also really into data, something we have lots of!
